SHIPPING INFO
Currently, shipping is only available to the USA. If you live outside of the USA, please use the Contact Us form and request a quote for shipping to your country.
All items are shipped from West Virginia through USPS mail. We try to keep the shipping costs as low as possible for the customer. Shipping prices include insurance so if something arrives damaged, a USPS claim will be filed.

We make every attempt to process and ship your items as quickly as possible. Please allow 1-3 days processing time before your item ships. You will receive email notification when your item ships.

If there is a pause in shipping, a notification will be displayed on the homepage of the K. Nichole Designs, Limited website with dates of the pause.
GENERAL INFO
All items in the K. Nichole Designs, Limited shop are designed and handmade by Kristine, unless otherwise specified in the product description. With any handmade item, there may be slight imperfections in the designs or products. However, the items will always be exactly as shown in the photos for each product.

Products are made and shipped from a smoke-free, pet-free home. Any product cut from a laser will have slight charring on it and a faint odor from the material being cut.

What materials do you use for your laser cut products?Depending on the product, I use MDF (medium-density fiberboard), matboard (heavy paper-based material), and acrylic. For personalized laser engraved products, I use stainless steel coated bottles and tumblers, wooden cutting boards, and slate coasters.

What can I expect when I purchase a digital tutorial?For each digital tutorial purchased, you will receive a downloadable PDF document that you can access through your device or print on your own. Each tutorial contains step-by-step written instructions with exact measurements for how to create the project (e.g., mini album). Along with the written instructions, there are photos to accompany every step. A supply list is included at the beginning of each tutorial to help you prepare for making your project. It is also listed in the product description so you can plan accordingly when purchasing a tutorial.

Who designs the products in your shop.All of the products (laser cut and tutorials) are personally designed by Kristine for exclusive sale under the K. Nichole Designs, Limited brand. If a product is not designed by Kristine, it will be stated in the product description.
